The University of Kentucky men’s tennis team will travel to participate in the Southern Intercollegiate Championships the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens, Ga. The tournament will consist of three singles divisions and two doubles divisions. the four-day event begins on Friday and concludes on Monday.
The 2011 competition features contributors from 26 schools, which includes Eastern Kentucky, East Tennessee State, Florida, Georgia Tech, Liberty, Lipscomb, LSU, Mercer, Minnesota, Mississippi State, NC State, Samford, South Carolina, Auburn, The Citadel, Davidson, Stetson, Tennessee, Tennessee Tech, Vanderbilt, Georgia, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Virginia Tech and Winthrop.
