England lost nine wickets for 47 runs as India completed the 5-0 whitewash in the one-day international series after recording comprehensive 95-run victory in the fifth and final game, played here at Eden Gardens of Kolkata.
Riding on the rock-hard 129-run opening stand between the openers Craig Kieswetter (63) and Alastair Cook (60), England were on course to scamper towards the victory target of 272 but saw a vast collapse after the dismissal of pair as they were bundled out for 176 in 37 overs.
