Ramnaresh Sarwan, the West Indies batsman, slams Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) for dropping him for Caribbean Twenty20 Championship starting next month. He also has branded the reason for his non-selection as ‘crap.’
The 14-man party for the impending Twenty20 Championship was announced by GCB on Monday and about dropping Sarwan, the board said that he had been dropped because his fitness was doubtful. Sarwan, however, claims he consistently informed the board about his recovery. He added that he had already been working on his match fitness.
