Salem’s Paul Wulf just ended a massive 1st spell as a veteran tennis player. Wulf performed very well at nationals which netted him a place on the U.S. team for the Von Cramm Cup. Von Cramm is a multinational competition where 24 nations participate. US team overpowered Australia in the finals facilitated by duos triumph by Wulf and Dawson.
Wulf who is 25th seed took bronze medal in doubles. He teamed up with Dawson and lost 3 sets in semi-finals to ultimate winners Andrew Rae and Max Bates of Australia. Wulf ended the period as the No. 2 player in singles category and No. 1 players in doubles in U.S.
