Jose Reyes, a Dominican baseball shortstop, has received his first noteworthy free-agent offer of the off-season from the newly-aggressive Miami Marlins. The owner of Miami Marlins, Jeffrey Loria said Friday that a new team name and new stadium brings a new attitude and conceded that he offered Reyes, slugger Albert Pujols and pitcher Mark Buehrle to join his side.
Loria said that they are aimed at making Marlins as special team as it’s possible and for achieving this goal they are eying to bring every outstanding player in the team that’s why offers are being made to these three players.
