Seattle forward Fredy Montero scored twice as Sounders recorded a 2-1 victory over New England Revolution on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium.
Diego Fagundez, who was making his first MLS start, opened the scoring for New England 35 minutes but they could not maintain their lead as in the next minute.
