Lahore Ring Road Authority is in the process of developing effective indicators to comparatively evaluate the performance of police officers and create a standard mechanism for awarding performance pay component across the force. Number of positions: Three (3) Duration: Three (3) months
Eligibility Criteria:
■ Masters in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Law, HR or Business Administration
■ Strong academic background (formal training in empirical analysis preferred)
■ Relevant work experience in law enforcement and/or performance management
