Valencia recorded a vital 3-1 victory over Bayer Leverkusen in a Champions League Group E clash at the Mestalla Stadium to keep their hopes of qualification alive.
Jonas scored the second fastest goal in Champions League history to give Valencia a dominant start but Stefan Kiessling equalized the game with half-hour mark. However, Roberto Soldado and Adil Rami netted second half goals to seal the victory for hosts.
