Tiger Woods came back into the contest and is right in the center of an Aussie spiced contest Under way. Woods was linked with Australian player Jason Day who hit his inaugural tee volley into the water. Frontrunner with 54-hole John Senden and defending champ Geoff Ogilvy were 6 under over 15 holes and 3 hits out of lead.
He came on top of leaderboard after almost a year with 1-shot lead after the 2nd session. Woods traipsed off the eighteenth green at The Lakes with a 3/ 75 on Saturday after the 3rd session and he was 6 hits behind Senden.
