SAM COORDINATOR – CENTRAL / NORTH / SOUTH

Age:    Up to 50 years

Qualification: Law graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.  
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant Held. Candidate wilt be responsible for:
•    Coordinating with and advising the other Groups / Divisions and provide legal support for handling litigation and other legal matters
•    Vetting of drafts of plaints to be filled and other documents related to recovery suits
•    Vetting and drafting of settlement agreements
•    Rendering the opinions on litigation
•    Regular visits of courts to monitor the litigation activities of allocated cases
•    Coordinating with external counsels and updating list of legal cases pending in various forums
•    Consolidation and follow up of litigation cases nationwide
•    Monitoring progress of Panel Advocates
•    Standardizing legal strategy for recovery of bad loans
•    Personally dealing with any matter including but not limit to Suits and Opinions

MANAGER CORPORATE AFFAIRS / REAL ESTATE

Age: Upto Up to 50 years

Qualification: Law graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Candidate will be responsible for
•    Drafting opinions, both contentious and non-contentious, in matters relating to contract, banking, finance, company, mergers and acquisitions, commercial trade, insurance, securities, intellectual property and property
•    Drafting Agreements and requisite legal documentation for various businesses of the Banks, vetting No Objection Certificates and Guarantees etc
•    Reviewing and standardizing security documents such as hypothecation agreements, letter of pledge etc. for various finance facilities granted by the Banks
•    Standardizing bonds, demand, counter and corporate guarantees formats for day to day usage by the Bank
•    Vetting and drafting supplemental agreements, guarantees, NOC’s etc. Being issued by the Banks
•    Agreements for third party hiring for the Bank and drafting employment contracts and any supplements of the same
•    Advising the Regions on compliance issues pertaining to Circulars issued by the State Banks of Pakistan and Prudential Regulations governing the Bank
•    Regularly drafting and advising on Term Finance, Running Finance and different syndicate facilities. Also drafting security documents such as hypothecation agreement, pledge agreement etc. Also finalizing offer letter for the departments
•    Drafting Service Level Agreements and Maintenance Contract for other departments
•    Reviewing and vetting of Rent Agreements received from Bank’s Departments and Branches
•    Drafting and vetting of sale agreements / sales deeds and termination letters etc
•    Rendering opinions on labour laws and rent laws etc
•    Drafting and vetting of reply of Notices / and any regularity authority etc
•    Coordination and meeting with External Counsels and other lawyers on the panel of the Bank in respect of various legal opinions which may require external counsel endorsement
•    Advising on policies and procedures

INCHARGE MIS – CENTRE & NORTH

Age:    Up to 55 years

Qualification: Graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.  
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Candidate will be responsible for
•    Supervising all the MIS of pending litigation pertaining to all the Regions of Centre & North side
•    Obtaining updates of pending cases from Lawyers as well as Regions
•    Mentoring progress of panel of Advocates. Consolidation of follow up of litigation cases of Central & North Regions
•    Coordinating with Lawyers and different departments for issues related to the litigation
•    Updating the list of Panel Advocates city-wise and maintaining the documents of panel advocates
•    Supervising the MIS of nomination for induction of external counsels on the panel of the Bank
•    Supervising the MIS of Lawyers’ fee and approval for litigation purposes
•    Ensuring timely compliance of instructions and submission of the date, as and when required

COORDINATOR TO LEGAL HEAD

Age:    Up to 35 years

Qualification: Graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Candidate will be responsible for:
•    Maintaining MIS of inward / outward mails
•    Arranging and maintaining MIS of all office files, personal files and documents / files of the Legal Head
•    Liaise with all the departments of the Bank for Legal Head
•    Assisting in follow up of ail the routing matters
•    Scheduling appointment, organize meetings, make travel arrangements for Legal Head
•    Maintaining schedule of the day to day activities
•    Interacting with all levels of executive management and support staff
•    Providing confidentiality to all the confidential matters and maintain the record efficiently
•    Draft day to day letter as per instructions of Head Legal
•    Looking after the appraisal of the staff of Legal Division.

INCHARGE COORDINATOR EXTERNAL AGENCIES

Age:    Up to 50 years

Qualification: Graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Candidate will be responsible for:
•    Assisting Wing Head of External Agencies in the matters related to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
•    Drafting letter / responses of queries / letters received from Courts / Police Stations, FBR and other Government Departments / Agencies
•    Appearing before the LEAs, as and when required
•    Coordination and meetings with Bank’s department in the matters related to LEAs
•    Providing all the data from all Groups / Regions pertaining to the issues related to the LEAs

COORINATOR ADMINISTRATION

Age:    Up to 55 years

Qualification: Graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Candidate will be responsible for:

HR LITIGATION OFFICER

Age:    Up to 55 years

Qualification: Law graduate from a reputed Institute / University recognized by HEC.  
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Candidate will be responsible fan
•    Assisting the Head in matters related to Court Cases and Legal issues with regards to suits files and against the Bank
•    Drafting and vetting legal notices in coordination with different departments and forwarded the same to different panel of lawyers for further proceedings
•    Coordination and meeting with external Legal Counsels and other lawyers on the panel of the Banks as regards to legal opinion
•    Appear before the Honourable Courts of Service / Labour Court, as and when required
•    Coordinating with external counsels and updating list of legal cases pending in various forums
•    Consolidation and follow up of HR litigation cases nationwide
•    Nominations and evaluation of counsel for cases (Commercial, Corporate. Consumer / Reality of Staff Litigation)
•    Monitoring progress of Panel Advocates, preparing and update the MIS of daily and weekly cases
