Candidate will supervise construction of interior and exterior finishes and fit-out of furnishings. Responsibilities include tile & stone installation, light-gauge steel framing, gypsum board installation, taping and finishing, painting, plaster and stucco, joinery, kitchen and laundry equipment installation. Candidate will be responsible for sub-contractor and direct labor management, logistics, planning, procurement and solving build-ability problems on site. Candidate will also work with our team on scheduling and materials procurement. The ideal candidate will habe minimum 5 years experience working for a construction company as a foreman/superintendent and have significant hotel experience.
