Best Makeup for Down-Turned Eyes

If the outside edges of your eyes slope downwards, making you look exhausted and depressed, you may need some lift. Here is a quick fix to give your eyes much-needed lift for making them look open and more visible.
• To begin with, cover your brow-bone and lids with highlighter eyeshadow. This way you’ll be drawing attention upward towards the brow bone. Add a bit of color to the inside corners of your eyes too to make them look bigger. With your eyeshadow brush, blend the color well.
• Follow the highlighter shade with the mid-tone one. Starting slightly inward from the outer corner of your eye, sweep the eyeshadow across your entire lid, into the eye pleat and toward the inner eye corner. As you’re trying to lift your eyes up, it’s wise not to blend eyeshadow all the way to the outer edge. Keeping it natural at the outer part of the eye will give a visual boost to your lids.
