Wildfire that broke out in Texas has put the Bastrop State Park’s historic units in danger. The state park headquarters on State Highway 71 that are about four miles away from the park are damaged due to fire. Besides this the fire snatched the homes of many TPWD in Bastrop County, and destroyed some of the TPWD vehicles and other equipments.
