Roger Federer regained his match winning form after almost ten months. He overpowered Japanese wild card Kei Nishikori 6-1, 6-3 to triumph in 5th Swiss Indoors on Sunday. Roger who is currently 3rd seed dominated the proceedings and lost only one point in a 28 minute 1st set. Yong Nishikori offered some resistance and competition in the 2nd set but all his hopes dashed against an upbeat Federer. Nishikori served as a ball boy in the same event in past.
Federer tacked five aces and blocked four out of 13 chances against Nishikori. Nishikori was participating in 2nd final of the season. Earlier he played in Houston in the springtime.
