It has been confirmed by the source that Cedric Benson, a Cincinnati Bengals running back files an unjust labor practice allegation against the NFL Players Association with the National Labor Relations Board (NFLPA).

Benson has filed allege over an Aug. 4 accord the union made with the NFL. According to the agreement eight players were made allowed to be suspended by the league for conduct during the league’s shut out.
