Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has revealed Carlos Tevez refused to come on as a substitute during the club’s 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich.
Manchester City suffered to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich on Tuesday night at the Allianz Arena. Mancini said that substitute Carlos Tevez refused to play.
